Matt inspires and motivates others to be the best they can be. He works with organizations of all sizes to develop strong sales teams, customer service teams.  Matt also works with managers and business owners to create better hiring practices and lead their organizations more effectively.  Matt has over twenty years of leadership, sales management, coaching and mentoring of business professionals experience.

Shelley is responsible for implementing the overall marketing strategy for the company and for performing all day-to-day marketing and client support activities.
