Greg CoyneGreg joined the Sandler Sales team in June 2012 as a sales trainer and sales force developer.Greg has been actively involved with Sandler Training since 2009. His almost 10 years of success in sales & business development in the advertising industry has brought him to this point.As a Sandler Trainer, he looks to help companies and individuals raise their sales to new levels by stopping unpaid consulting and assisting his clients to get out of their own way in their search for success.Greg is a graduate of Albion College. Lynne WorkMeet Lynne Work, our Client Success Manager!Lynne began her career as an engineer for General Motors in Warren, Ohio and progressed through product engineering, process engineering and program management roles before moving to Michigan and into a sales leadership role for Delphi/Aptiv Corporation. She sold multiple products to a broad range of customers before moving into a corporate sales administration role. Lynne was responsible for standardizing and improving global sales processes. Among other accomplishments, she successfully implemented the use of a sales assessment tool to improve the global hiring process and launched a Sandler training program on three continents driving improved sales behaviors and metrics.Switching gears from a satisfied Sandler client to a Sandler client success manager, she will strive to use her knowledge and experience to assist clients navigate their Sandler content portal and implement Sandler methodology within their businesses to ensure continued growth and development.Lynne lives in Clarkston, Michigan with her husband Andy and cat Toby. Dawn OstregaMeet our COO, Dawn Ostrega!With a background in desktop publishing, technical documentation, and experience as an office coordinator, Dawn has joined our team to help organize, update and streamline processes. Utilizing her experience, attention to detail and process orientation, along with her approachable and pleasant demeanor, Dawn is exactly what is needed to contribute to our continued growth!Dawn resides in Clinton Township with her husband. She is the mother of one daughter, and a grandmother of 3 boys who keep her on her toes! She loves spending quality time with all of them. Ashley Tengler brings deep Sandler expertise and a passion for empowering clients to her role as Client Success Manager with Gerry Weinberg & Associates. Her connection to the organization runs deeper than a job title. After beginning her Sandler journey with this very franchise more than a decade ago, Ashley spent recent years contributing at Sandler’s home office, gaining valuable experience in supporting franchise partners and elevating client success across the network.
Now, she returns to GWA with a renewed energy and a commitment to enhancing the client experience. Stepping into the role previously held by longtime team member Lynne, Ashley is honored to continue a legacy built on trust, service and meaningful relationships.
Known for her ability to listen, understand client needs and deliver solutions that drive impact, Ashley is dedicated to helping individuals and teams get the most out of their Sandler training experience. Her goal is simple: ensure every client feels supported, equipped and confident in their journey toward growth.
