Stephanie is a former Sandler student who has come back into the Sandler Network, driven by a passion to help others sell, deliver exceptional customer service and excel as leaders.Stephanie’s entire career has been in the sales and customer service field. Her resume lists some easily-recognizable names such as the Calgary Flames Hockey Club, and Bell Canada.More recently, she has been engaged by the Hamilton-Halton Home Builders Association and the Ontario Craft Brewers Conference.

Carmelle is the Chief of Staff for Sandler Hamilton and brings us a wealth of experience in Operations, Marketing and Administration stemming from her 16-year entrepreneurial journey and Corporate Career in Franchising and Real Estate. Carmelle has a genuine passion for helping people succeed which makes her a great role model and mentor for our internal team as well as our clients. Outside of work, Carmelle is a busy mom to Tatym and wife to John, and helps operate the family's urban farm in downtown Burlington. She enjoys travel, philanthropy and all things related to women and wellness.
