What does Ayon Sales & Consulting do?
We work with organizations who are looking for growth. We often provide skill development for sales, sales leaders and customer service teams who need to grow the overall revenue stream of the business. We also help ensure that companies have the right people in the right role using assessment tools as it is difficult to grow when people are not working in their strength zones. We also ensure that the sales processes companies have in place actually support the growth plans of the company.
What regions do you serve?
We are based in Edmonton, Alberta, and primarily serve businesses across the Edmonton metro, and Northern Alberta regions.
Who We Work With
What size businesses do you work with?
We primarily work with businesses in the $2M–$100 M revenue range. On the bottom end of the range the company is typically founder-led or owner-operated companies that have outgrown informal sales approaches and need a structured path to scalable revenue.
When we are dealing with larger companies, they often have sales leadership positions in place but are not getting the most out of their team due to inefficient processes and lack of skill when it comes to attaining new clients.
What industries do you specialize in?

What services do you offer?
We offer three core engagement types, designed to meet you where you are:
- Assessments to better understand where your team is at and what coaching and skills that are needed to get them to the next level. Assessments are also used to identify potential top performers.
- Skill development and training for sales, sales leaders and customer representatives who are tasked with driving growth in the business.
- Revenue Growth Partnership — For businesses with more complex needs, this deeper engagement covers full revenue operations, team development, and executive alignment across the organization.
How do engagements typically start?
Almost every engagement begins with an assessment of your current sales motion, team, pipeline, and revenue gaps. From there we build out the proper type of engagement that leads to meaningful growth.
Do you work with sales teams directly, or just leadership?
Both. We work at the leadership level — setting strategy, building accountability systems, and reporting to the owner or executive team.
But we also work directly with your salespeople through coaching and skills development. The goal is to elevate the whole team, not just advise from the sidelines.
