Sandy Stefano has been in the sales/business development profession for over 30 years and is the managing principal for Sandler Training – Upstate New York affiliate.Sandy graduated from Excelsior College/ SUNY Cortland and completed certificate studies from the New York State School of Industrial Labor Relations at Cornell University. Prior to joining Sandler Training, she was a consultant for a local human resource consulting firm and sold durable and capital medical equipment for two medical distributors in Central New York.Sandy’s direct, empathetic and nurturing style allows her to relate to each client’s business development and client service needs; establishing an accountability program for the specific behaviors, along implementation of the Sandler strategies and tactics that will result in professional success.Sandy’s training references includes Schneider Packaging Co., iHeart Media, Gutchess Lumber, Anoplate, JMA Wireless, Syracuse Label & Surround Printing, Northland Communications, HealtheConnections, PPC, Haun Welding Supply, Lamar Outdoor Advertising, G&C/Palmer Foods, Laboratory Alliance of CNY, Swagelok WNY, DUMAC Business Systems, Geddes Federal Savings and Loan and Mohawk Global Logistics.Sandy has held board positions with Consultants Network CNY, Sales & Marketing Executives of CNY and the CNY chapter of the American Society for Training & Development as the VP of Membership.Sandler Training™ expertise lies in the areas of Sales/Business Development, Management, Customer Service, and Human Relations and Communications Training.Sandy is a native of Syracuse and resides in Camillus, NY with her husband and two sons.
