Jim Wilcox
Jim Wilcox is the founder and president of Wilcox & Associates, bringing decades of experience in sales, business development, leadership, and management to the clients he serves. Since founding Wilcox & Associates in 2014, Jim has worked with organizations across a wide range of industries, helping leaders and sales teams improve performance, increase revenue, and create sustainable growth.
With experience as both a top sales performer and sales leader, Jim understands firsthand the challenges businesses face when it comes to developing people, building effective sales processes, and creating consistent results. His approach combines real-world experience with the Sandler methodology to help clients identify what is holding them back and build the skills, behaviors, and systems needed to move forward.
Jim believes successful selling should be both effective and ethical. Through training and coaching, he challenges professionals to think differently about the way they sell, lead, and grow their businesses while giving them practical tools they can put into action immediately.
Jim values time with his family and enjoys spending it with his wife, two daughters, and grandson. When he’s not in the office and the weather is on his side, Jim is happiest out on the golf course.

Beth Graham brings organization, consistency, and strong attention to detail to Wilcox & Associates. With a background in office management and organizational development, she plays a key role in the operations of the business, helping ensure the systems, processes, and people behind the scenes work together effectively.
Beth oversees administrative and accounting functions while supporting the day-to-day needs of the team. Her ability to manage details, improve processes, and keep things moving makes her an important part of both the team and the client experience.
Beth is a huge animal lover! When she’s not working and the weather is nice, you can likely find her at the lake with her dogs by her side.

She and her husband, Marcus, enjoy life with their three wonderful children—Aubrie, Ava, and Atlas. Brittney also serves as a youth group leader at her church, mentoring and guiding young people as they navigate their faith and personal growth.

When she’s not working with clients, Cynthia enjoys practicing yoga and meditation, cooking, reading, traveling, and outdoor adventures.

As an Associate, Marshelle’s priorities include:

She loves spending time outdoors, especially hiking and kayaking, and has a passion for music and the arts. She also has a need for speed and enjoys both motorcycles and snowmobiles.
Most important to Marshelle, though, are her two sons, Ethan and Niko. Ethan is a collegiate baseball player, while Niko plays high school and travel volleyball. Their sports keep life full of adventure, excitement, and plenty of time in the stands. Whether it’s a high school, college, or professional game, you can often find Marshelle alongside her boys cheering on one of their favorite teams.

Mitchell Royster brings more than seven years of experience in B2B sales, service, and support, with a background spanning entrepreneurship, marketing, and SaaS solutions. Growing up around his father’s small business shaped the way Mitchell views his work today. He learned early that supporting a business means supporting the people and families behind it. That perspective continues to drive his passion for helping business owners and professionals succeed.
At Wilcox & Associates, Mitchell brings resilience, determination, a student-first mindset, and a genuine enthusiasm for what Sandler can do for organizations, teams, and individuals. He approaches challenges with a willingness to learn, adapt, and keep moving forward, and brings that same commitment to helping his clients succeed. Outside of work, Mitchell is a self-taught guitar and piano player. He enjoys working on home projects with his wife and introducing his daughter, Annabeth, to the cartoons and movies he loved growing up.
