Sandler by Tailwind is proud to announce the recipients of its 2026 Women in Business Scholarship, awarding four scholarships to women who exemplify leadership, resilience, and a commitment to professional growth in sales, entrepreneurship, and business leadership.

This year, Sandler by Tailwind was honored to award four scholarships, reflecting both the strength of the applicant pool and the organization’s continued commitment to expanding access to world-class professional development for women.

The 2026 Women in Business Scholarship recipients are:

  • Mara Kimowitz

Each recipient will receive access to Sandler sales and leadership development programming designed to strengthen communication skills, build confidence, and support long-term career growth.

Meet the 2026 Scholarship Recipients

Rebecca Mattes

Rebecca Mattes is a collegiate All-American wrestler, full-time mother, and Technology Consultant with American Document Solutions. Based in northern New Jersey, Rebecca’s career path into sales began through an operations role that quickly evolved into a sales position. She is passionate about helping individuals and organizations solve problems through a transparent, client-focused approach while continuing to expand her skills and education.

Alissa Randall

Alissa Randall is the founder of All About Headshots by Alissa Randall, a headshot and branding photography business serving professionals and entrepreneurs throughout New Jersey and New York City. After decades in business development and marketing leadership, including serving as a Chief Marketing Officer, Alissa made a bold career pivot into photography. Her work has been featured in The Wall Street Journal and multiple national publications, and she is the recipient of the NY100 Award.

Justina Baskin

Justina Baskin is a Business Performance Advisor with Insperity, where she uses a consultative, relationship-driven sales approach. After building a successful book of business in Tampa, Florida and earning President’s Club recognition, Justina relocated to New Jersey and embraced the challenge of rebuilding her pipeline in a new market. Her experience reflects adaptability, resilience, and a commitment to excellence.

Mara Kimowitz

Mara Kimowitz is the founder of Pliability Stretch™ and StretchSource®, innovative wellness brands focused on recovery, flexibility, and holistic health. With a background in dance, fitness, and entrepreneurship, Mara has built businesses that help individuals improve longevity, vitality, and overall well-being. Her leadership continues to shape the wellness industry through innovation and purpose-driven growth.
