  • Dylan Griffin

    Dylan Griffin is a Sales Consultant with Sandler by Tailwind, helping business owners, sales leaders, and growth-focused organizations build repeatable sales systems, improve performance, and develop high-performing teams.

    Before joining Sandler, Dylan spent more than 23 years in the entertainment and film industry, where he led teams, managed complex projects, and consistently delivered results in high-pressure environments. That experience instilled the importance of accountability, communication, preparation, and execution — principles that directly drive success in sales and leadership.

    Dylan is also the founder and owner of Sea Dogs Rigging, a successful equipment rental and service company. As a small business owner, he understands firsthand the challenges of generating revenue, building a predictable sales process, developing people, and scaling a business.

    Today, Dylan works with business owners and leadership teams to strengthen sales execution, improve accountability, and implement proven systems for sustainable growth. His coaching focuses on creating consistent sales behaviors, improving communication, increasing prospecting effectiveness, and building high-performing teams.

    Dylan holds the highly recognized ETCP Certified Arena Rigger credential and is also DISC Certified, with expertise in behavioral communication and team effectiveness. His academic background includes a Bachelors business degree from ESU with a focus on leadership studies and public speaking training.

    A lifelong athlete, coach, and now avid golfer. Dylan believes the principles that drive success in sports — discipline, accountability, and continuous improvement — are the same ones that drive success in business.
