Meet Our 2025 Scholarship Winners
Donna Jenkins 
As the Client Engagement Director at SCG Advertising + Public Relations and Chair of the Women in Business Committee for the Morris County Chamber of Commerce, Donna Jenkins is a connector at heart. With a background spanning sales, marketing, and HR, she’s built her career on the belief that authentic relationships and continuous learning are the keys to personal and professional growth.
Her leadership philosophy is grounded in kindness, integrity, curiosity — and lifting others up. Whether she's sparking new ideas in the boardroom or mentoring future leaders, Donna brings energy and a genuine passion for helping women succeed in business. (Also, fun fact: she has a twin sister who’s a personal trainer — talk about double the drive!)
Aimee Ritell
Aimee Ritell’s journey into business leadership began behind the counter of a busy ice cream shop. That early glimpse into the importance of operations and customer experience sparked a 25-year career across customer service, operations, and leadership roles. Now the founder of Intwinely, Aimee partners with companies to optimize service delivery, boost employee engagement, and make exceptional customer experiences the norm.
Her mission? To intertwine process, people, and purpose — helping teams thrive, even in the face of uncertainty. Aimee’s energy and experience are a perfect match for the Sandler Training environment, and we can’t wait to see how she continues to scale her impact.
