  • Tom Cuthbert
    Tom is the Chairman of Sales San Antonio, LLC and Sales City Group. Additionally, Tom serves as a Vistage Master Chair and CEO Coach in San Antonio. He has had an extensive, 35-year career of building, buying and selling businesses across multiple industries. The most recent company, Adometry, was acquired by Google. Today, Tom chairs six Vistage groups made up of 100 CEOs and business leaders from diverse industries in San Antonio. He's been recognized with the Vistage Chair Excellence Award, STAR Award and consistently ranks in the top 10 nationally. Tom was named “Vistage Chair of the Year” for the Southern region. In 2019, Tom was honored to receive the Pat Hyndman Award for his commitment to service to the Vistage community. In 2017 he launched Sales San Antonio, LLC and acquired Sandler Training for San Antonio and South Texas.
  • Angel Salinas

    Angel Salinas is a Sales Management Consultant with Sandler San Antonio. His career started in 1996 leading sales and marketing efforts for companies supplying industrial supplies globally. He lead commercial teams for 12 years and represented global companies such as Sinclair & Rush Inc., Engineering Product Solutions Inc., ITW Dykem, La-Co and Serigraph introducing products into Latin America. Angel has been a certified Sandler Training coach since 2008. He has delivered more than 5,000 hours of sales training throughout his career. Angel is bilingual, he has a Bachelor's degree in International Business by Monterrey Tech and completed the Executive Management Program by the IPADE Business School in Monterrey. He is an 8 year Vistage member. Angel's core values are: Passion, Faith, Courage, and Making a Difference. He supports local chambers of commerce and his community through Habitat for Humanity. He is a board member for ACTS Missions. He loves sports and dogs.

  • Hector Rodriquez

    Hector Rodriguez is Revenue Growth Advisor, Coach, and Trainer for Sandler San Antonio. Hector has worked in the sales industry for 14 years. He advises CEOs, business owners, and their sales teams on developing more effective sales leaders in order to build a stronger sales culture. Sandler clients consist of franchisees, home builders, manufacturing industry, trades, tech companies, marketing firms, and insurance/financial services. Hector's work also impacts professional service providers such as accountants, lawyers, and engineering firms. Hector's efforts shape positive habits and sales processes through ongoing reinforcement. Ongoing reinforcement consists of positive sales tactics, building a behavioral accountability system, and coaching implementation challenges. He loves the satisfaction of seeing his clients overcome obstacles and increase their sales potential as he instructs them.
