    Andy is an award-winning keynote speaker, trainer and coach, delivering our sales leadership and sales development training programmes.

    He is a trusted advisor and partner to business leaders, sales managers and sales professionals, working with SMEs through to multi-million pound turnover companies, spanning different industry sectors. He works closely with clients to identify core sales and management challenges within their businesses, and helps them implement transformative growth strategies.

    Andy also supports sales leaders in developing an effective hiring process.

  • Harriet Harrison

    Harriet delivers our ‘Organisational Excellence’ and ‘Emerging Leaders’ training programmes, working with senior leadership teams through to mid-level managers and team leads.

    Through these programmes, Harriet helps leaders build and deliver their company culture and strategy, whilst developing their managers to foster a team environment to cultivate engagement and drive performance.

    She is also responsible for delivering profiling assessments to support clients with hiring selection, onboarding and employee development.

    Stephanie is the first point of contact for clients and is instrumental in keeping the Sandler flywheel spinning. With her extensive experience in customer service, along with her strong organisational skills, Stephanie ensures our clients are fully supported on their Sandler journey, and that everything runs smoothly behind the scenes at our training centre.
