Jay has honed a specialization in elevating organizational performance through strategic leadership training. His methods are about fostering enduring client relationships and driving sustainable growth in leaders at all levels.

For 50 years Sandler has been empowering sales professionals to master the craft of selling, while building a global network of training centers in 30 counties. By leveraging Sandler's methodologies with his tailored approach to training, Jay is making an impact on sales training and leadership development in Waco and across Texas.

Jay has pursued other passions by serving on various non-profit boards, being a US Congressional candidate in 1996, serving as Church-Planter and Lead Pastor of Grace Church Waco (2003-18), and the US President of Africa Renewal USA. (2019-22). Jay and his wife Lydia both graduated from Baylor University, enjoy spending time with family and friends, traveling to the New Mexico mountains, cheering on the Baylor Bears, and are active in their church and community.

Joan Stephens is Client Success & Accounting Director at Mathis Training & Development LLC, a Sandler Systems franchise.  With 25 years experience working with Sandler,  Joan manages finance and customer success for our clients.
