Matthew has demonstrated throughout his professional career his success with sales, leadership and strategy development. His passion for helping organizations transform their culture through training, consulting and strategy led him to opening LIFT Consulting.

Dan Truehl, Director of Training, comes from a family of business owners and uses his passion for improving business outcomes through superior training delivery. Every partnership we get is an exciting opportunity for Dan to enhance their bench strength with on-going reinforcement-based training and development coaching. As a lifelong learner, Dan works to continually improve his depth and breadth of knowledge for a superior training experience.

Stephanie Larson, Director of Client Experience, has a passion for delivering and delighting our clients. Stephanie found early success in sales and marketing and was recognized as a top producer consistently. Her passion to provide a superior customer experience is unwavering and shines through in the service delivery at LIFT Consulting.

Gary is our Lead Trainer and Recruiter. He has a talent for finding the right people to join your team. Gary also has had a very successful sales career which is where his passion for sales training comes from. He brings a great, positive energy to training and will share his experiences as he trains our clients in communication and sales strategies.

Steve Aune, Executive Consultant, has over 20 years of sales, sales management, and leadership experience. Steve specialties include: Coaching Sales People; Coaching Sales Managers; Developing Leaders; Inspiring Personal & Professional Growth.

Carrie Maier is our Operations Manager. Having come from the Banking industry, she understands process and thrives in being able to partner with our team on how we can all do more, faster and more efficiently. Carrie works hard to support our team and the public training programs we offer our clients.

Cortney Hammer is our talented Account Manager. Having come from a background in education, she understands how to thoughtfully approach our training clients needs. In her role, she is a vital part of the training preparations and internal planning. Her detailed approach and dedication to a job well done is invaluable to the LIFT Consulting team.
