Over 13+ years, Justin has carried the bag in some of the toughest sales environments out there:  Enterprise tech sales at Otter where he won national partnerships with organizations like Qdoba and Regal Cinema, major markets at Paylocity, and long cycle medical contracts at ImageFIRST, where he closed $4.78M in contracted business and hit 171% of quota in a single year.  He's sold into C-suites, built enterprise pipelines with no SDR support, and pivoted into brand new verticals and made them work.

That experience is exactly why he opened a Sandler firm in Central PA.  He's lived the difference between sales tactics that fade and a system that actually changes behavior, the kind that turns activity into accountability and accountability into results.
