Achieving impossible goals... repeatedly... grows into unstoppable momentum. A juggernaut of self-belief. A limitless expectation of my own potential.
And the recipe has 3 simple ingredients (simple… not easy):

Attitude: Energy flowing from my Identity not my discipline
Technique: Follow a program - bringing a student’s mind to the goal
January 2024, 100 lbs overweight, sedentary, stressed, self-conscious, embarrassed. I made a decision to completely reinvent myself in an image of my design.
My legacy identity didn’t give up easy. For months I had to quiet the voice that was telling me I couldn’t, I shouldn’t, I won’t, I mustn’t. I still have to silence it, but not as often.

I ran a 5K this week. I'll run a half and then a full marathon next year. I'm in the best shape of my adult life.
I make choices each day that align with this: How I allocate time, prioritize, what I eat, when I sleep. All things I can control.
My Identity fuels the transition. I am a runner. No excuses... 100% responsibility. I believe 100% in my limitless life... a life of my design.
My student mind is ravenous. I follow the program and study the topic broadly; standing on the shoulders of giants.
