Andrew Wall
Andrew Wall has been helping entrepreneurs, Business Owners, and Presidents improve their management & leadership skills and their company's sales capabilities since 2006. Combining these services with Executive Coaching and sharing Strategic Planning Capabilities has helped Andrew’s clients profitably grow their companies' top and bottom lines. Creating significant change does not happen overnight, whether you are becoming a long-distance runner (which Andrew has done completing the Boston Marathon in 2006 and 2007) or transforming your company into a group of motivated people who understand the leader's vision for the company with all team players holding themselves and each other accountable to achieving these company goals.
Since graduating from both WLU and U of W, Andrew has excelled in sales and sales management. Learning firsthand that daily prospecting does,, in fact,, lead to sales and business success is how Andrew “cut his teeth” selling 3M photocopies into a brand new territory. His next step saw him move into the Natural Gas Marketing industry where he helped create $5M in profit for the company in three years. With this success, Andrew was told, “Go West, young man,” where he learned about the “upstream” aspect of energy marketing. Selling to Canadian Energy Producers gave Andrew a broader perspective on price risk management. Through financial derivative transactions, physical purchases, and consulting services, Andrew excelled at developing and selling long-term business relationships. Be careful what you ask for…at 30 years old Andrew was asked to “turn around” the $300M Eastern Canadian Business Unit. Through hard work, hiring and training new staff, and focusing on serving customer needs, Andrew led his team to achieve 800% growth in profitability. When Enron “blew up” the energy industry, Andrew soon realized it was time to own and operate his own Sales, Sales Management, and Leadership development business. In June of 2006 he started what is now Sandler Milton.

Stephanie BreaultStephanie joined the team in February 2019. Previously, she worked for 12 years at one of Canada's major financial institutions. In her last role she handled customer complaints from across Canada and the world. Stephanie brings many years of customer service, enthusiasm, quest to learn to things to the team. In her free time, she enjoys baking, gardening, shopping, and cheering for her favourite sports teams.
