  • Clint Babcock
    It is not uncommon for sales professionals and business owners to often ask themselves, "How can I become a better leader?" or "How can I increase our revenue?" Clint's greatest passion is helping his clients answer these questions. Clint supports his clients who include CEO's/President's, CRO's/VP's of Sales and Sales Teams to learn new strategies and tactics with Sandler. Clint's quick wit and lively presence keeps clients engaged, excited and motivated to continue learning and reinforcing Sandler methodologies to help his clients optimize their sales process. You will find that Clint is a big supporter of Work Life Integration and is grateful that every day he gets to do what he loves.
  • Jim Marshall

    Jim brings several decades of sales, management, consulting and marketing experience to the "training table." He has coached hundreds of business owners, sales executives and managers to help them achieve greater levels of success and productivity. His areas of expertise range include the advertising and sports marketing fields to professional and business-to-business services, continuing education, new business development, staff hiring and assessments.

  • Donna Babcock
    Donna joined the dynamic team at Sandler Training Tampa Bay in January 2024, bringing with her years of experience in the IT industry. Her corporate journey has seen her excel in various roles, ranging from operational leadership to IT Training Director. In her second act, she successfully balanced the demands of motherhood while actively building and managing a real estate portfolio, showcasing her exceptional organizational skills and entrepreneurial spirit. Now, in her third act, Donna will focus on overseeing accounting and finances using her keen eye for detail, analysis, and commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Kathryn Barry

    Kathryn has 20+ years of experience in sales and marketing leadership roles in multiple industries, as well as international trade show and event management; she manages marketing and client success in her current role at Sandler Tampa Bay. When looking at her experience on LinkedIn, you may think, Maryland? Saipan/Guam? Virginia? Barbados? Florida? Does this woman ever stay in one place? Well, when you are the wife of a government employee, the simple answer is No! You follow him all over the world and have amazing experiences with companies that appreciate a diverse background and someone dedicated to making clients happy no matter what! Add a servant's heart, and you will understand her motivation to get up every day ready to go! She still loves to travel for fun but has found her forever home in Tampa. She enjoys mountain biking, cooking, and her volunteer work with Rotary.

  • Sierra Harlan
    Sierra brings a passion for using data to tell stories and drive results. With over 5 years of experience serving C-suites and 10 + serving customers, Sierra’s has a unique perspective on understanding and implementing diverse customer and stakeholder needs. Her time spent around tech is where she discovered a love for efficiency and developing internal processes and tracking systems. Sierra is well versed in CRM systems and has experience working with teams across multiple functions. She believes in using data to make informed decisions to maximize efficiency and drive growth. Sierra’s growth mindset and passion for continued education make for a great addition to our team. Outside of work, Sierra enjoys yoga, crafting, and spending time with her family.
