He loves solving complex problems and has a natural passion helping others succeed, which he strongly believes are the 2 key elements for his business success.A Computer Science graduate, Bob brings 30+ years of accomplished sales, training and marketing experience to his clients having served both as an individual sales producer and a Corporate Executive. He has led the Top Sales Teams for a Fortune 10 company - AT&T and worked in several subsidiaries of AT&T over his career.Bob is the Managing Principal at PEAK Sales Performance where the focus is on Sales, Leadership, Organizational Excellence and Client Care training.  Bob also provides private coaching to Business Owners and CEO's to strategically help them in working through complex business issues.

Ed is a certified Sandler instructor.

    Donna began her career at United Technologies Corporation (UTC) working in IT, first at the Research Center and then at Corporate Headquarters.Donna joined Sandler/PEAK Sales Performance in 2007, as Partner, to build the brand and lead sales and marketing efforts in Connecticut. Donna trains individuals and companies to improve their sales, management and customer service competency with a visible return on their investment. She is a Sandler certified instructor.
