Kevin Hallinan is a Principal of WINNING, Incorporated and has over 40 years of sales, training, and management success. An engaging and dynamic trainer and mentor, and an award-winning sales producer, Kevin has provided training and coaching to hundreds of companies in numerous industries. From selling seeds to winning prizes as a young boy, to fundraising door to door in college, to a career in professional selling and management, one might say that selling is "in his blood."
Kevin has been involved in almost every aspect of sales and sales management throughout his career. His experiences range from small private companies to family run businesses, to the corporate setting where he has successfully sold both products and services. He is a former business owner, industry leader and constant overachiever, having earned numerous sales awards including Producer of the Year and Top Account Executive, and holds two yet unbroken company records for Highest Weekly Sales and Highest Quarterly Sales.
A natural leader and motivator, Kevin has served as President of his college fraternity, President of a statewide trade association and company President, and is very active in the business community. He currently serves as a deacon in his church, was a youth football coach for 16 years, and Past President and a member of the Board of Directors of Parkway Pop Warner Football and Cheerleading. Kevin served at the 2012 Chairman of the Board of the Neponset Valley Chamber of Commerce, where he also served for many years on the Executive Committee. He is a frequent featured speaker at numerous business and industry events and conferences and has served as a Judge for MIT Sloan School of Management’s ‘International MBA Sales Competition’. Kevin is the official Sales Training Partner for both MEA (Mobile Electronics Association) and WSI internet Consulting. In January of 2013 Kevin was named 2012 Partner of the Year by Flo-Tech. In January of 2014 Kevin was named the Neponset Valley Chamber of Commerce 2013 Business Person of the Year, and in July of 2014 Kevin was named a Paul Harris Fellow by the Neponset Valley Sunrise Rotary Club in appreciation of his contribution and service to the Club and Rotary International. Kevin currently serves as the President of his Rotary Club. He is a founding member of The Outlier Project (formerly Talent Champions Council).Kevin is the Founder and Host of Winning Business Radio and TV, which airs live each Monday at 4 pm Eastern on W4CY.COM Radio (and other outlets) to an ever-growing, worldwide audience. Kevin interviews entrepreneurs, business owners, executives, advisors and authors who are experts in their fields. His goal is to provide listeners with proven advice and insights, and to help them avoid the mistakes of others. As Churchill said, “Those who fail to learn from history are condemned to repeat it.”
Kevin's honesty and forthrightness, together with his ability to inspire and lead, has allowed him to coach and train sales "rookies", mid-level managers, and seasoned executives to new levels of success that have consistently exceeded expectations.
Kevin hails from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst, where he majored in Electrical Engineering. He is an accomplished singer and trumpeter, the proud father of two young men and two young women who love all things Boston sports: Brandon is 34, married to the lovely Cloe and they are the loving parents of Callum and Madeline; she holds an MS in social work and is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, and he holds an AS in Business Management and is an HVAC Field Supervisor. Meghan is 32, holds a BS from UTampa, and wears many hats for the owners of her company – as a Community Manager in a coworking space, working into a property management role in Commercial Real Estate, and is pursuing her Real Estate License. She and her husband Alex are newlyweds, and he holds both a BS in Psychology and BS is Civil Engineering and works designing water treatment plants. Tyler is 30, was US Marine for 4 years, stationed at Cherry Point, NC where he was an aviation firefighter, and is now a Boston Firefighter who makes time to travel the world. He holds an AS in Fire Science and is pursuing his BS. Alyssa is 28 and is just a few courses shy of her BS in Criminal Justice with a minor in Psychology. She is a Student Services Associate at Boston College where she excels at helping students solve a myriad of issues. And best of all, Kevin is the devoted husband of 37 years to Debbie – his biggest supporter, and the biggest Red Sox fan he has ever met.Favorite Quote: “The only one holding me back is me.&rd
