John Fevurly
The greatest companies aren't built by chance—they're built by leaders with the courage to think bigger, execute better, and inspire others to pursue a vision larger than themselves.
An executive advisor, growth strategist, and leadership coach with nearly 40 years of experience, John partners with CEOs, founders, investors, and executive teams to accelerate growth, maximize enterprise value, and build organizations that outperform competitors while creating lasting impact.
As Founder and President of Fueling Enterprise Value (FEV), John helps organizations unlock new levels of revenue, profitability, market leadership, and long-term value through strategic growth, commercial excellence, and leadership execution. His clients don't simply improve performance—they build businesses positioned to lead their industries.
John's approach combines formal business education in marketing and management with decades of executive leadership and proven commercial frameworks, including Sandler. The result is a practical system that helps leaders align strategy, people, culture, and execution to produce measurable, sustainable results.
He is also the founder of The Eudaimonia Leadership Institute, where he champions the belief that extraordinary organizations are created by leaders with purpose-fueled ambition—leaders driven not only to win, but to elevate people, build enduring cultures, and create legacies that outlast their careers.
Before launching FEV, John spent 34 years with Merck & Co., leading commercial organizations responsible for more than $9 billion in annual revenue. He helped launch SINGULAIR, one of the pharmaceutical industry's most successful brands, negotiated multibillion-dollar payer agreements, advised C-suite executives across healthcare, and earned Merck's prestigious Master's Club recognition six times as one of the company's top performers.
Today, John advises organizations across healthcare, life sciences, and growth-oriented industries, helping leaders transform vision into execution, complexity into clarity, and ambition into enterprise value.
John earned his MBA in Marketing and Management from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and holds a bachelor's degree in Human Biology from the University of Kansas. He also serves on the Board of Directors for Treasure House, supporting its mission to help young adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities live purposeful, independent lives.
John believes the most successful leaders are not defined solely by the companies they build or the wealth they create. They are defined by the lives they elevate, the cultures they shape, and the legacy they leave. His mission is to help purpose-fueled leaders build extraordinary businesses—and extraordinary lives.
