Claire Mayweather, founder of Sales Success Solutions and an award-winning trainer based in San Antonio, brings over 20 years of experience in sales, sales management, and mentoring. Throughout her career, she has led, trained, and developed sales professionals across the country, consistently exceeding sales metrics and quotas by 2-4 times.

Her expertise includes acquiring net-new logos, retaining high-value customers, and transforming undeveloped territories into thriving, revenue-generating markets. Claire has successfully led enterprise sales teams to substantial revenue growth by focusing on strategic hiring, talent development, and impactful coaching. She is passionate about empowering sales managers to become strong leaders who can build and sustain high-performing teams.

Today, she uses the Sandler methodology to help organizations reach their full potential by equipping leaders and sales professionals with the skills to drive sustainable success in hiring, coaching, and leading their teams.

Nadia holds a BA in Italian and Spanish from Dickinson College, and a Master’s Degree in Italian Literature from Indiana University.Nadia was an Executive Assistant for 17 years at a music accessories company, and previously at the American Museum of Natural History. Her skills include event planning, project management, and proofreading. Nadia is responsible for client success.
