Previously I have always had doubts that external consultants provide a return on investment! However, my thoughts have changed since we have made use of the services of Berkeley Harris at Sandler. Having now finished a 6 month development program our sales approach is far more structured and effective. We have learnt the skill of how to really understand what our clients need and how to provide this. In the short term, Berkeley's involvement has already provided a 5 times return on investment which we know will continue to generate further profit in the medium term too. Berkeley is a pleasure to work with and has a natural flare as a sales and management trainer and his one to one coaching is exceptionally good.
