N.Randy GangalooN. Randy Gangaloo is founder and CEO of Breakthrough Selling, Inc., a Sandler Training® center located in Schaumburg, Illinois. He is an award-winning sales force development expert, noted international speaker and an Executive Coach.Randy began his sales career in 1980 developing sales through manufacturer’s reps covering the United States. As a Product Manager he was instrumental in developing, positioning and marketing several multi-million dollar product lines. As Manager of International Sales he developed an intensive manufacture’s rep network throughout Asia, Europe and Latin America. After 20 years in sales for Ametek, Inc, Randy discovered he wanted to change how salespeople sell.Randy’s analyzes his clients business strategy and develop customized training in leadership, sales, sales management, personal and professional development, identifying genuine needs and human motivation that serves as a catalyst for growth.Randy possesses a proven track record of success as an award-winning trainer and corporate coach and brings added value to any company seeking sales management, coaching, sales training and improve client retention.A frequent speaker for professional and trade association, Randy has been featured in several publications. Adam JoyceAdam Joyce is an Associate with Breakthrough Selling, Inc., a Sandler Training® center located in Schaumburg, IL.Prior to joining Sandler Training, Adam served in the U.S. Air Force as an F-15C pilot. Adam was responsible for planning, leading, and evaluating air combat training sorties involving up to 16 aircraft. He also was heavily involved in the mentoring, development, and training of new pilots.In addition to his flying duties, Adam held the positions of Chief of Scheduling and Chief of Training. Adam was responsible for executing his organization’s $43M Flying Hour Program and coordinating the scheduling of over 12,000 annual sorties and training events. Adam was also 1 of 2 pilots in the Air Force chosen to train Royal Saudi Air Force F-15 pilots on a new combat system that was being implemented on their aircraft.Adam spent two years in sales after leaving the military, which was when he first learned about Sandler Training. After experiencing Sandler Training as a client, Adam decided to take the next step and become involved with Sandler full time.Adam’s mission is to analyze his clients’ business strategy and develop customized training that focuses on areas such as sales, sales management, recruitment, leadership, and personal/professional development. He identifies genuine human motivation and serves as a catalyst for growth.Adam graduated from Duke University with an undergraduate degree in Political Science.
