I participated in Sandler training through Clint at Anchor Sales Knowledge in 2021/22. I knew my organization had a good service, and that we had great delivery of the service, but I didn't know how to bring people to the place where we could sign a contract. The Sandler methodology was clear, easy to understand, and felt very natural in the learning materials, and the deliver of those materials by Clint was exceptionally relevant and easy to understand. Clint has a great way of being able to relate the materials to real world situations that I have experienced trying to grow a small business. The weekly classes moved in a really logical way, each building on the last to really put a foundation of tools in place, and the intentional discussion in the master class was great, it gave me a forum to discuss where something went right or wrong and have a set of peers help evaluate it.Once we had the basic tools in place we were able to start utilizing them, we applied concepts like the sales pendulum, the up front contract, and the reversal almost immediately and began to see our interactions with potential clients change in front of our eyes, we've applied those concepts to so much more than sales as well also with great success. Before enrolling in the Sandler training, I was doing OK in sales, but I didn't understand what was happing much, I didn't have a baseline of how this process should go, and I didn't really have a clear avenue to success. Now I understand exactly where in the sales cycle I am, my time from first meeting to signed contract has dropped considerably, and I'm twice as successful in going from potential client to signed contract. I recommend Clint and Anchor Sales Knowledge to all the small organizations like mine. I would definitely recommend taking the time and sitting through an introduction class, it's amazing what you can learn in just one class.
