Matt Roberts joins Sandler with a strong background in acquisition of new business sales, having helped Shell and Verizon Business expand into new markets and secure high-value opportunities. Known for building strong customer relationships and uncovering new revenue paths, he brings energy, discipline, and a strategic mindset to every stage of the sales process.

Originally from Denver, Colorado, he now lives in Fort Collins with his wife, Molly, and their two young children. Outside of work, he stays active in the rugby community —no longer playing but coaching and volunteering when he can — an experience that continues to shape his approach to teamwork, resilience, and leadership.

He looks forward to contributing to the Sandler Franchise Network’s growth and collaborating with colleagues across the business.
