James Alberson is the Owner and Principal of Top Tier Training & Development, Inc, a Sandler Training Licensee, operating in the Seattle Metropolitan area. A national sales expert and business speaker, James is strongly committed to guiding CEO’s, business owners, sales executives, and their teams to higher revenues, increased profit margins, and greater personal and professional growth.He has consulted with hundreds of business owners and presidents and has trained hundreds of salespeople in various industries. Previous to purchasing his Sandler Franchise in 2010, James spent nearly two decades in sales, sales management, training, and leadership with companies ranging in status from start-up to Fortune 500 in the medical sales arena. James graduated at the top of his class with a M.B.A. in Marketing from the Purdue University and has a B.S. in Computer Technology from Purdue as well.
