  • Greg Orth

    As a business executive driving sales, marketing and corporate strategies, Greg has spent the last 20 years working closely with Fortune 500 businesses utilizing unique approaches to business processes as well as innovative thinking to drive improved results. Prior to Sandler, Greg worked with McKinsey and Co. and Henry Rak Consulting Partners. Prior to his work in the consulting field, Greg honed his business sense spending nearly 15 years with The HersheyCompany serving in a variety of roles in sales, customer marketing, category management and finance. Looking back on a successful career, Greg decided to leave the corporate world behind and take his skills and experiences to work with local businesses to help them achieve their business development and financial goals.

  • Deb Ellenberg

    Saleswoman, corporate sales trainer, business coach, public speaker, rock-climber, big-dog lover – no matter what role she plays, Deb Ellenberg is passionate about helping others to uncover the rock-star qualities and awesomeness within. Deb helps business owners and salespeople struggling to fill the pipeline, shorten the sales cycle, close more business, and increase margin by focusing on attitudes, behaviors and techniques for business growth.
    An avid rock climber, Deb finds many parallels in sales and climbing, and shares tips for business success on LinkedIn. It’s all about the “sales climb” and how we get from where we are to where we want to be.

    Jackie brings 20+ years of experience to her role supporting operations and accounting for Greg Orth’s Sandler Training. Prior to teaming up with Greg and Deb to help drive a successful business, she spent time in public accounting and most recently, various Audit/Accounting/Finance roles at The Hershey Company. She’s a lover of process, details and efficiency while working in a team environment. In her spare time, you can find her on the pickleball court, a passion she has found that checks all the boxes! She’d love to connect!
