Meet the Team
The Ruby Group has been operating since 2000 and has worked with companies both large and small, representing multiple industries and professions throughout Ohio. After experiencing the effectiveness of the Sandler System in his own career Mike Jones purchased the company in 2005 and in 2015 he expanded the company’s presence to Columbus. Over the last 18 years, he has continued building The Ruby Group’s team and expanding the company's range of services.
