Doug Lotierzo is the Owner and President of Sandler by The Lotierzo Group. Working with business leaders/sales professionals to improve performance and achieve sustainable growth is his passion. He has spent his entire professional life in the leadership/sales training and consulting business within the Sandler network.Early in his career, it became clear that this was the work he wanted to do for the rest of his life. He climbed the ranks in sales production and has had the opportunity to work with companies in many industries. As he continued to grow in his role, he knew it was time to take the leap and open his own Sandler franchise in southern New Jersey, near his hometown.Doug’s unique style is a mix of genuine curiosity, charismatic delivery, and razor-sharp recommendations. While he believes in best practices and repeatable systems, he is highly focused on tailoring his advice to his client’s industry, company, and personality. Doug has two main drivers: 1) a desire to learn about the inner workings of a company and what is getting in the way of success and 2) a devotion to helping businesses and individuals maximize their potential.Doug lives in New Jersey with his wife Whitney, son William, and two golden retrievers, Pete and Eddie.
