My career has included leading high-performing sales teams, managing extensive client portfolios, and designing over 100 global training programs that have transformed professionals in IT, automotive, and beyond. My unique ability to combine people and profit makes me an invaluable asset to the business community.

Originally from Brazil, my journey to Michigan was one of resilience and reinvention. After leaving behind a successful career, I rebuilt from the ground up—earning a Bachelor’s, an MBA, multiple certifications (SHRM-SCP, Insights Discovery, DISC), publishing a book, founding a nonprofit, and mastering a third language. Now, as a Sandler franchisee, I take my passion for sales and leadership training to the next level.

My mission with Sandler is to help businesses accelerate revenue growth, strengthen leadership, and foster high-performing teams—all with a structured, results-driven approach. Fluent in Portuguese and English and professional in Spanish, I bring a diverse, cross-cultural edge to training, uniting teams across industries with tailored strategies.

Fun fact: In addition to being a business leader, I am the Honorary Consul of Brazil in Michigan, strengthening economic and cultural ties between Brazil and the U.S. and supporting the Brazilian community across the state.
