James brings over 30 years of experience in sales and sales leadership, having served as Vice President of Sales for a Fortune 500 CPG company. “Coach James”, is also a 15-year coach of an award-winning local summer league swim team, where he has nurtured the skills of up to 200 swimmers annually, aged 5 to 18 years old.
