I wrote Simple Courage after 30 years in financial services because I remember how overwhelming those early years felt. Most rookies quit. I almost did too, until I learned that success comes from courage, focus, and a system that works.

Now, as President of Sandler Training Charlotte, I help new financial advisors and sales professionals gain that same confidence. Through coaching, workshops, and ongoing reinforcement, I teach a framework for attracting clients, earning trust, and building long-term success.
