"A native of Pickens County SC, Gary has over 20 years of Sales Experience with more than 15 years at various levels of sales management, sales training and leadership development. He is highly skilled and experienced in recruiting, assessing and onboarding new employees, training, coaching, holding accountable, and talent management. Gary also trained, coached and mentored sales leaders and managers. Prior to Sandler Training, the majority of Gary's career was spent with Shire Pharmaceuticals where his roles included Senior Regional Director Sales, Regional Director, corporate trainer and sales representative. Prior to Shire Gary was in a sales leadership and a sales role with Premiere Technologies, he started his corporate career, ""carrying the bag"", with IKON. He was a highly recognized and awarded performer while at each organization. Gary is also a veteran of the US Army, he served proudly in the 82nd Airborne Parachute Infantry, He holds a BS from Lander. After a few job moves around the country, Gary and his wife Crystal now live on a farm in Pickens. They are the proud parents of sons, Casey and Jackson.  When not working, he enjoys the outdoors, fishing, improving wildlife habitat, training his two Wirehaired Pointers, and volunteers on local boards."
