Our Sandler Training of Utah Team

  • Dan Bigelow

Dan Bigelow is President and CEO of Sandler Training Utah, where he helps sales professionals and the leaders who manage them build the skills, systems, and habits that drive real revenue growth.

Before stepping into the training room, Dan spent years in the field as a top-performing sales rep at Paychex and across business, phone, and direct sales environments. He learned firsthand what separates the reps who hit quota from the ones who don't. It shows in how he teaches.

Over 15 years and 10,000+ hours of coaching, Dan has worked with more than 500 sales teams across the country, training and speaking at events nationwide while staying closely connected to businesses throughout Utah and the Wasatch Front. He holds a B.S. in Public Relations and a Leadership Development certification from Utah Valley University, and is a certified Sandler Sales Trainer.

He still makes his own calls every week. Because he believes you can't teach what you haven't done.

  • Algot Sorensen
The only thing Al enjoys more than selling something is helping someone else have that lightbulb moment, and helping them see what could be. Al has been committed to sales full-time since 1992. If you ask Al, he will tell you he has made enough mistakes for everyone, but rarely makes the same mistake twice. He has been a salesman, finance director, owner of a car dealership, and has managed groups from 1 to 50. Before Sandler, he knew how to sell. He knew it in his bones, but he did not always have the vocabulary to help others get and feel what he knew deep inside. Sandler has given him that vocabulary. He has the ability to break down things to the simplest, how to relate using a story that makes the principle stick in your head. If you need someone to not only help build your team, but be there with you along the journey, Al is your trainer, mentor, and most importantly a friend you can count on.
  • Ryan Fleming
