Steve is passionately committed to helping businesses grow by growing the people inside them.

Rick Burgess, a proud alum of Texas Christian University, joined the Effective Sales Team as a Partner in 2020, with the intent to acquire the franchise. The acquisition was final in September 2022, resulting in a name change to Quantum Consulting. An expert in all things Sandler, he was trained in and has applied the Sandler System for years before becoming a Certified Sandler Trainer, Managing Director, and now Owner/CEO. Rick brings over 30 years of experience in various capacities from Director of Sales to CEO, enabling him to train and coach at all levels. His dedication to helping our Sandler Clients achieve operational excellence is evident in his interactions and work ethic.

Elisabeth Pallett, a Midwest native and Sandler student of 10+ years, has more than 20 years of sales experience with the last 15 being in the commercial/industrial construction industry. With a passion for networking, building strong business relationships and continuous learning, she has joined the Quantum team to help individuals and businesses reach their full potential. Elisabeth lives on a small hobby farm in Kansas City with her husband, two daughters and various fluffy creatures.

Originally from New York and by way of 28 years of travels as an Army Spouse, Susan brings over 30 years of experience with marketing, training and Program coordination. As the Manager of Client Success and Marketing, she works hard to ensure all Quantum Consulting Sandler Clients have a seamless, excellent Sandler journey while working various marketing channels to attract new clients.
