Sandler by Pinnacle Performance Transitions to Prairie Edge Training Under New Leadership

After four successful years of leading Sandler Training in Saskatchewan, Blaine Arnold has officially announced the transition of ownership to seasoned Sandler professionals, Chad Banman and Matt Donnelly. The newly rebranded Prairie Edge Training will continue serving the Saskatchewan business community with the same excellence and expertise that clients have come to trust — with new innovations on the horizon.

Blaine, who established Sandler in the region from the ground up, expresses deep gratitude to clients and the business community for their unwavering support. Over the past four years, he has worked with more than 250 professionals, fostering growth and development across industries.

Chad Banman, a long-time Sandler franchise owner based in Edmonton, has mentored Blaine since the early days. With this transition, Chad and Matt are committed to building on Blaine’s legacy while introducing exciting new offerings such as AI-driven training enhancements and CRM integrations.

Matt Donnelly, a former student turned trainer and business partner, will lead operations in Saskatchewan. Together, the new leadership team brings a combined wealth of experience in sales, leadership development, and business growth strategy.

“We’re incredibly honoured to take the torch and continue the amazing work Blaine started. Prairie Edge Training is about elevating local businesses through proven Sandler strategies and a forward-looking approach,” said Chad Banman.

“This feels like coming home,” added Matt Donnelly. “We’re here to build lasting partnerships and support Saskatchewan’s thriving business ecosystem.”
