  • Reggie Piercy

    Reggie brings over 35 years of extensive experience in the hospitality industry, spanning sales, operations, human resources, and training & development. In his most recent role as Senior VP of Operations at Vision Hospitality, he spearheaded the creation and execution of the acclaimed “Vision University” hospitality training program. Reggie’s career includes direct operational roles and franchise partnerships with leading hotel groups such as Marriott, Hilton, and IHG.

    His exceptional contributions to Marriott International earned him the prestigious JW Marriott Award of Excellence, recognizing his influence on culture and leadership within Marriott’s select service brands. Throughout his career, Reggie has been honored with numerous operational awards for outstanding guest and associate satisfaction, significant market share growth, and consistently surpassing top-line and profit objectives.

    aCertified as a facilitator by the Franklin Covey organization in "The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People" and "First Things First" programs, Reggie is also a certified facilitator of the MBTI (Myers-Briggs Type Indicator) and Extended DISC Behavioral Assessment tool. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management with dual minors in Accounting & Finance and Hotel Restaurant Management from Concord University.

    Reggie’s local community engagement activities have included: Board member of the Chattanooga Area Chamber of Commerce, the Chattanooga Tourism Company, the Chattanooga State Foundation, Chair of First in Family with Chattanooga State, United Way of Greater Chattanooga, and the University of Tennessee Chattanooga’s Program Advisory Board in Data Analytics. Additionally, he has served as a member of Rotary International.

    Passionate about leadership, culture, customer experience, team development, accountability, problem-solving, and sales & negotiations, Reggie is committed to fostering an ‘inside-out’ approach to these areas.

    Reggie has served as the VP of Training with the Chattanooga, TN based Sandler franchise organization since October of 2019.

  • Wade Rowan

    Wade Rowan has over 30 years of experience in sales, management, leadership, and training. He understands the importance of maintaining profitable sales while offering the highest level of customer service to every client. An experienced and gifted speaker, teacher, and coach, Wade has a passion for creative thinking, positive development, encouragement, and growth.

    While serving in the United States Marine Corps, Wade learned early on that orientation is key to success. He believes in first asking prudent questions to determine where you are, then creating a systematic plan of action to accomplish your mission. Clients who work with Wade learn to apply proven systematic approaches, better equipping them to lead, manage, sell, and serve. He has broad knowledge across various industries and understands the importance of maintaining the proper attitudes, practicing the right behaviors, and applying the best techniques.

    Wade believes that people sometimes make things harder than they need to be, and only through the proper use of measurable and systematic approaches can a business adjust and adapt in an ever-changing marketplace. He has extensive experience in employee assessments, hiring, and accountability. Wade has served on various boards and committees within his community, including the Chattanooga Area Chamber of Commerce, and is an active leader, teacher, and deacon at his church.

  • Shiloh Heck

    Shiloh was born and raised on a farm outside of Claude, Texas. She moved to Lubbock to attend Texas Tech University, where she earned a degree in Business Management. During her college years, Shiloh worked for Dynamic Outdoor Media as a bookkeeper and assistant to the owners. After graduation, she joined the Business Services department at the accounting firm of Howard, Cunningham, Houchin & Turner, L.L.P. Although it was a valuable experience, Shiloh realized her true passion lay in being an Executive Assistant.

    She thrives on lending a helping hand wherever needed and excels at keeping things organized. In her free time, Shiloh enjoys spending time with her family, including her 10 nieces and nephews, as well as her friends and church community. She also loves traveling and staying active.
