Anna Patarino
Before joining Lushin, Anna Patarino was a client who spent years as a sales associate in consulting and the tech world. With a background in leadership development and pursuing a master’s in organizational psychology, she helped companies build stronger people strategies and more human workplaces. Her passion has always been helping others step into the version of themselves they’re proud of.
At Lushin, Anna brings that same energy to coaching. She teaches that sales isn’t about pressure or persuasion, it’s about permission, curiosity, and being real. She helps sales professionals show up as their full selves, ask better questions, and build trust without forcing a pitch. Her style blends the structure of Sandler with the belief that sales can feel good for both sides.
Beyond her work with clients, Anna shares her journey and insights online, encouraging others to lead with intention, take ownership of their growth, and stay grounded in who they are. Whether she’s coaching someone through a tough conversation or helping a team hit their next goal, her mission is simple: help people grow by being more of themselves, not less.

Dan Faber
Dan started showing entrepreneurial tendencies at the early age of twelve, when he started a lawn business and grew it to 21 lawns per week.
After graduating from college, a mentor urged Dan to consider a career in sales. At first, he found this to be off-putting, assuming that career salespeople all matched the stereotype but he learned this couldn’t be further from the truth.
Dan has sold in a variety of environments, ranging from door-to-door overseas, to enterprise custom software, to marketing services or software sales.
No matter the selling environment, Dan’s strengths in sales have proven to be a relentless dedication to process and a genuine curiosity in others that allows him to ask questions and really listen for what matters.
Dan is an encourager at heart. He sees the best in people and never passes up an opportunity to point out a strength he notices in their character.
Before joining the team as a sales management consultant, Dan was a Lushin client remotely for 7 years. He achieved such a level of success by applying the Lushin methodology that when the opportunity arose to join the team, Dan and his wife Kailey decided to move their family of 5 to Indianapolis so Dan could pursue a career helping others along a path that has helped him so much.
Outside of work, when he isn’t spending time with his wife (Kailey) and kids (James, Ellis, and June), Dan is likely to be found at the gym, on the elliptical machine, or trying out a new recipe he found on YouTube.

Rob Lime
Rob Lime is a Partner, Consultant, and Coach at Lushin. Rob works with business leaders and sales teams across multiple industries to install and perfect the sales methodologies, processes, and tactics that result in scalable and predictable growth.
Rob is your quintessential corporate misfit, which force-multiplies his effectiveness with his entrepreneurial clients. LIke nearly every salesperson he coaches and trains, he found himself in sales by accident. The decision to be a career sales professional came only after putting into practice the tools provided by Sandler and Lushin, which doubled his results and halved his sales anxiety.
Rob’s approach is different from most sales thought-leaders. He despises traditional selling tactics that rely on pressure and manipulation. Instead, he ascribes to the ethical consultative sales methodology predicated around helping your prospects make the decision that is in their best interests - even if that decision doesn’t land result in a new client for the sales person.

Brian Kavicky
A veteran on the Lushin team, Brian is a strong sales management consultant who connects with his clients using a direct—sometimes sarcastic—communication style. His favorite piece of advice: Stop doing that. He helps clients eliminate unproductive behaviors to make way for action that drives results. Brian thrives on the daily opportunity to positively impact people’s lives—both professional and personal.
In his sales management training, Brian aims to provide clarity for his clients. He wants people to learn what they need to do and gain the confidence to do it. His goal is to help them find their swagger. His video on sales coaching techniques is one of our most popular.
A licensed pilot and backyard grill-master, Brian also lends a hand when his family shows cows around the country.

Paul Lushin
Having realized he was a corporate misfit who needed the freedom to do things his way, Paul resurrected his entrepreneurial spirit and founded Lushin and Associates, Inc., with Sarah, his wife and partner, in 1997. As a business development coach and consultant based in Indianapolis, Lushin has grown into a national company with 19 employee owners, a second location in St. Louis, and a host of clients that range from small family-owned businesses to well-known corporate giants. More significantly, and a true testament to his business success, Lushin’s transition to ESOP ownership of the company was completed in May of 2023.
Paul’s personal passion is helping companies owned by entrepreneurial individuals like himself who can identify with being “corporate misfits” or “rugged individualists.” Meeting him is an experience that is often not forgotten as he can leave a lasting impression. His direct provocative and evocative nature makes clients and audiences think. Knowing that entrepreneurs are typically the default “Chief Cashflow Officer,” Paul helps them re-tool their sales and sales management processes so that as business owners, they’re able to focus on the higher-level strategic thinking that ultimately leads them to wealth creation without the worries of the rollercoaster cashflow ride.
A business owner since he was 17, Paul brings 46 years of business skills and insight that allow him to capitalize on diving deep to get to the crux of his clients’ most significant growth challenges. This approach affords maximum benefit to individuals and companies rather than losing valuable time focusing on the more common surface issues. Paul does not deliver “out of the box” solutions, but rather imparts custom solutions rooted in his business wisdom.
In addition to Lushin and Associates, Paul and Sarah have successfully built Lushin Investments, Inc. This was something that they “accidentally fell into” in 2000. Having honed their newly found interest and skills in residential real estate at the time, Lushin has catapulted his second family-owned company into a bona fide commercial investment, development, and property management business. Included in the investment and property portfolio since its inception has been corporate re-location housing in the Carmel and Fishers area, multiple Village Pantries, strip malls throughout Central Indiana, several acres of soon to be developed land, and the primary base of operations they built in 2007 where everything happens, the Lushin office building itself.
Paul takes pride in being a father and “Pop Pop” to (5) five boys and (4) four grandchildren. Outside of the office Paul loves working in his yard, spending time with his wife at their second home in Florida, and feeds his adrenaline fix by patrolling the streets as a reserve police sergeant.

Cody McWhorter
After choosing Professional Selling as a field of study in college and then pursuing a career in sales, sales management, and eventually sales training, Cody has dedicated his career to developing salespeople.
Cody's goal is to simplify the often-misunderstood world of selling and help clients see that it's just another conversation while also challenging them to be the unique individuals they are, and not just another boring robot. He seeks to teach you something new about yourself and your business, all while making you laugh and think at the same time. Its ok to not be perfect, its ok to be scared, but it’s not ok to give up on yourself.
Outside of the office, if Cody is not spending time with his wife and their two dogs, you can find him at the lake fishing, attending college football games, or traveling some back country road on one of his motorcycles.
