  • Chris Ginnelly

    Chris Ginnelly is a leading global sales consultant, speaker and trainer. He is the Managing Partner of his London Practice, where he leads on private equity advisory, working on buy-side DD through to in-portfolio value creation planning and execution.

    He is a trusted advisor and partner to many of the leaders and founders that he has supported over the years. Prior to leading the Sandler practice, he spent 20 years in industry. His 13 years at Xerox saw him identified as ‘high potential’ on their graduate program and fast tracked through the organisation, leading divisional and country businesses along the way, finishing up as the General Manager of the UK Large Enterprise division. He then spent 6 years with technology and services provider Civica, as the MD of various business units, helping the company grow organically and acquisitively under 3i and Omers private equity.

    Outside of work he is passionate about mental and physical health and nutrition. He and his artist wife Clare live in Twickenham, have three grown up children and are now enjoying more international travel as well as spending time in the beautiful Cornish fishing village of Portscatho.

  • Justin Stephenson

    Justin joined the practice in 2020. His focus and expertise see him predominantly work with professional services and technology businesses. He is a trusted advisor to his high growth clients, having earned their loyalty through his selfless dedication to their success.

    He brings over 25 years of experience running and leading business development, client services and operational teams for start-ups and mature businesses across Europe, Asia and North America.

    Justin’s intuitive and consultative approach has been the bedrock to developing successful business relationships. His career passion has always been focused on coaching and developing people to help them be the best individuals they can be.

    With Justin’s guidance, businesses improve their sales cycles, boost profitability, and cultivate stronger relationships with clients, positioning them for success in an increasingly competitive market.

    His greatest life pride has been helping his wife, Laura, raise two incredibly capable and decent adult children Neil and Clare.

  • Jacob Wardrop

    Jacob brings a wealth of experience and expertise in technology sales. Starting his career as a Graduate SDR, Jacob quickly established a strong track record in outbound lead generation for ERP solutions, leading him to progress into the role of Enterprise AE, where he honed his strategic selling skills.

    He joined Mail Manager, a start-up email management business, as Chief Revenue Officer, overseeing sales, marketing, and customer service. Under his leadership, Mail Manager grew organically at 100% year on year and was eventually acquired by Ideagen for £30m. Jacob built and led a sales team of 50, and it was here that he integrated the Sandler methodology into the company’s culture creating a world class sales organisation.

    Passionate about the "art" of selling, Jacob is deeply committed to continuous learning and coaching. He is an avid listener of sales podcasts, books, and regularly reviews calls as part of his daily coaching sessions with his team.

    Outside of work, Jacob is a dedicated parent to two sons and actively coaches their under-13 rugby team. He also has a strong interest in boxing and stays active in the gym.

  • Simon Darlaston

    Simon is an award-winning trainer, now in his 8th year with Sandler, working with business leaders, sales managers and sales teams who have the ambition to transform their sales results.

    Calling on his vast experience in sales, sales leadership and general management, locally & internationally, as far afield as the US and as diverse as Russia. The Sandler System provides a fantastic platform for Simon train and coach engaging world class content to help his many clients to grow the people who will grow their sales.

    A recent UK Sandler Trainer of the year, Simon has a strong track record of success stories with UK & International Sales teams, primarily in Technology, SAAS, Communications, Cyber Security, and Professional Services.

    He also brings with him life experience, from time spent in professional sports, living overseas and being a parent of 2 teenage boys! Simon’s passion, apart from family, is playing sports including football, golf, paddle, running and boxing (only once!!!).

  • Andy McCreadie

    Andy McCreadie is an award-winning keynote speaker, trainer, and coach with a passion for driving transformative growth for businesses. He specialises in sales leadership and sales development training, working with a wide range of clients—from SMEs to multi-million-pound turnover companies across various industries. Andy partners closely with business leaders, sales managers, and professionals to identify core sales and management challenges and create tailored strategies to unlock sustainable growth.

    With extensive experience in implementing the Sandler methodology, Andy is dedicated to helping organizations develop and refine their sales processes, improve leadership capabilities, and achieve consistent results. He also plays a crucial role in supporting sales leaders to establish effective hiring practices, ensuring that businesses build high-performing teams that align with their long-term goals.

  • Berkeley Harris

    Berkeley Harris is one of Sandler’s most highly skilled and experienced facilitators across a network of more than 300 Sandler facilitators worldwide. He has been with Sandler since 2014 and is based in Bristol, UK. His experience covers hundreds of companies, having trained sales and management teams from large and medium-sized regional and multi-national companies across multiple industries. A short list of industries Berkeley has worked in includes Financial Services, Fintech, Martech, SaaS, Construction and Engineering, Manufacturing and Distribution, Automotive, and Site Safety, among others. Sandler recognized his years of skill and expertise by inviting him to join the ranks of an elite team of facilitators serving Sandler’s enterprise clients. Today, Berkeley delivers training and consulting for Sandler’s enterprise clients on a global basis. Previously, Berkeley was a client of Sandler as a National Sales Director of an insurance company. The results he and his team achieved were so great that he decided he had to join the Sandler world.

  • Karen Parry

    Karen joined Sandler London City in the autumn of 2017, bringing with her over 15 years of experience in IT and a background in Psychology. As our Office Manager, Karen plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of all back-office processes and logistics, providing exceptional service to our clients.

    With a strong focus on customer satisfaction, Karen is dedicated to delivering world-class service, supporting clients through the Sandler onboarding process with attention to detail and care. She coordinates course bookings, administers Sandler's Learning Management System (LMS), and resolves any access-related issues to ensure a seamless training experience for clients. Karen's passion for helping others and her expertise in organisational support make her an indispensable part of the Sandler team.

  • Michelle Kirk

    Michelle Kirk joined Sandler Training London City in early 2021 as Client Success Manager, bringing with her a wealth of experience in both sales and customer management. In her role, Michelle is dedicated to ensuring that clients receive the highest level of support throughout their training journey.

    As a valued client, you can count on Michelle to be your go-to resource, always available to answer questions and provide guidance to enhance your Sandler experience.   • Shene' Sadie

    Shene’ Sadie joined Sandler London City in September 2023 as Commercial Operations Manager and Executive Assistant to the Managing Partner. In this dual role, Shene’ ensures the seamless operation of day-to-day activities and strategic initiatives.

    She is responsible for managing communications and calendar coordination on behalf of the Managing Partner, facilitating efficient client scheduling and correspondence.

    A key part of her role is project planning and operations management. Shene’ tracks actions and follow-ups and supports the efficient flow of internal processes. Her meticulous approach to data management and operational oversight ensures that all tasks are completed on time and to the highest standards.

    With a strong focus on streamlining operations, Shene’ plays an integral part in maintaining the smooth running of the practice, supporting both client needs and internal teams.
