Simon brings over 28 years of experience in sales, leadership, and strategic planning. His career began in the family business, selling beer, wine, and spirits to the licensed trade, where he developed a strong foundation in sales.

For the following 20 years, Simon worked in the property industry, including 13 years in the flexible workspace sector with the global market leader. There, he led teams that delivered tailored workplace solutions to a wide range of clients—from blue chip organisations to SMEs and start-ups.

Before establishing his Sandler Practice in Canary Wharf, Simon served as the UK Managing Director of a vacant property security specialist. In this role, he collaborated with local authorities, pension funds, central government, and both commercial and residential property owners to safeguard their vacant assets.

Simon is passionate about empowering business owners, individuals, and organisations to elevate their performance by developing the right behaviours, attitudes, and techniques for sustained success.
