    Rich is the founder and Chief Strategy Officer of Sandler, Hauppauge, New York, and loves to help his clients to reach their full potential in sales and business. Rich possesses a varied technical and business background gained over 25 years in industry. Rich became certified in the Sandler Sales methodology in 1996, and founded his operation that Fall. He and his staff have grown the firm into one of the most prominent and successful sales and business development training firms on Long Island.

  • Rob Fishman

    Rob possesses a varied business and management background gained over 35+ years in the business world. He holds a degree in Fine Arts and in addition is a former President and CEO in the jewelry industry. Rob has a passion for mentoring people and helping them to reach their full potential. He has helped organizations, large and small, in more than 65 industries to significantly improve their sales strategy, systems, structure and business results through his team development using Sandler’s unique process of reinforcement training, attitudinal and behavioral change.

  • Pete Fasulo

    Senior Director of Business Development. Pete spent 20 years in corporate America, serving as a sales rep, sales trainer, sales manager, marketing department manager, Director of Sales, and Vice President of Sales. He spent time in various Fortune 500 corporations before bringing this sales expertise to his own venture at PJF Sales Training, Inc. for 10+ years, and now as Director of Business Development at Sandler Training.

  • Quentin Franco
    Client Development Director. Quentin joins Sandler with a focus on Fractional Sales Leadership, a program designed for companies that need senior sales management to develop their people and processes without the commitment of a full-time hire. 

    He brings a wealth of institutional knowledge to the role, including an MBA, ten years of experience as a VP of Sales at SUNation Energy. Having spent the last five years in strategic consulting for a diverse range of industries, Quentin has a proven track record of helping companies install repeatable sales processes and management systems that drive predictable growth. 

    At the core of his approach is the belief that sales success is a result of disciplined, repeatable behavior and clear accountability. This focus on discipline extends to his personal life, where Quentin can frequently be found playing hockey or mountain biking.

  • Nadia Evans
    Nadia holds a BA in Italian and Spanish from Dickinson College, and a Master’s Degree in Italian Literature from Indiana University.Nadia was an Executive Assistant for 17 years at a music accessories company, and previously at the American Museum of Natural History. Her skills include event planning, project management, and proofreading. Nadia is responsible for client success and administrative support for our trainers and the Director of Operations.
  • Shelley Wojtkiewicz
    Shelley is responsible for implementing the overall marketing strategy for the company and for performing all day-to-day marketing and communications activities.Shelley has worked in the field of marketing and communications in a variety of industries, including software development and manufacturing. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in English from Centenary College of Louisiana and a Master’s Degree in Technical Communication from Colorado State University.
