Welcome. I am Dr. Deepak Bhootra, the CEO and founder of Sandler by Jabulani Consulting LLC in Houston, Texas.

Jabulani means ‘rejoice’ in Zulu. This meaningful name, shared by the official ball of the 2010 Soccer World Cup and my mellow pet dog, encapsulates my passion for bringing positivity to the individuals and businesses I work with. Joy comes from within, from satisfying your purpose, delivering meaning, and building relationships with others!

Prabhat Bhootra is the Chief Operating Officer. He came on board to provide support across the administrative, finance, marketing, and customer success domains. He works tirelessly to ensure that the operations run seamlessly and that nothing falls through the cracks.

His expertise lies in Information Technology and Project/Program management. On a Presidential Scholarship, he completed his Bachelor's Degree in Science with Dual Majors in Economics and Computer Science from Trinity College, Hartford, CT. He spent three years at a software giant, and then the entrepreneur bug bit him, so he joined Jabulani Consulting LLC DBA Sandler Training as a member.
