Here's everything you need to take full advantage of your Sandler programme – whether you're joining us for a one-off bootcamp, bespoke consulting or a multi-year reinforcement programme...

>>> If you haven't already, make sure you are booked in for an Onboarding & Welcome call. These take place on the 1st & 3rd Monday of each month, from 2 to 2:45pm.

How do you get the most from your training?
1). Do your homework and/or use Sandler Online (SOL)
Schedule time every week to complete your SOL self-study modules or other homework. If you have trouble accessing SOL, email Tom Mallens for help.
2). Complete your Development Pledge
Get clear on what you really want from your training by completing the >>> Personal & Professional Development Pledge.
3). Attend coaching on Friday afternoons
No matter what programme you're on, for the duration of your time with us, you can join our Friday afternoon problem solving and group coaching calls on the first three Fridays of every month, 2:30-3:30pm. You can join the coaching sessions via Zoom.
Foundations
This 9-session programme will teach you the fundamentals of the Sandler Selling System and how to use it to transform your sales, negotiation and business.
When? The first three Wednesdays every month, 3 to 4:30pm (UK time)
Sales Mastery
This multi-year reinforcement programme will help you stay at the top of your sales game in a way that is authentic, credible and effective for you.
When? The first three Tuesdays every month, 3 to 4:30pm (UK time)
Management
This multi-year programme shows you how to lead top-performing teams without fire-fighting, stress or long-hours.
When? The first Thursday (2-3pm) & third Thursday (2 to 4pm) every month
Mindset for Growth
Learn the attitudes, behaviours and techniques of top performers in business are and how to master the essential skills for professional success.
When? Rolling programme, 2nd Tuesday every month, 10-11:30am (UK time)
Strategic Customer Care
This 9-session programme is for people who do not directly sell but interact with existing and potential customers to help the organisation succeed.
When? First three Wednesdays every month, 11am to 12:30pm (UK time)
