Having served as CEO, General Manager, and Board Member in industries ranging from construction and retail to wholesale and industrial distribution, Guntis has consistently transformed challenges into growth opportunities.

Known for his ability to unite multicultural teams, navigate complex markets, and deliver long-term profitability, he has earned a reputation for trust, courage, and clarity in decision-making.
