    Rob developed an interest in the Sales and Management training business when he realized the Sandler process aligned to his own beliefs and practices throughout his sales career. 

    His favorite part of working as an advisor to organizations and individuals is in helping them to discover their true potential by eliminating their ‘head trash’ and self-imposed limitations. This elevates the individuals, teams and broader organization to drive long-term growth - "a rising tide lifts all ships." This attitude allows him to work with a variety of companies; to raise the bar and create lasting and sustainable change.

    Rob's strengths in relatable experiences and ‘tell it like it is’ advice have earned him a reputation throughout his career that many aspire to. His specialties include:

    Rob earned is B.A. in Physics from Denison University in Ohio and built a strong career in Sales & Strategic Account Management. Despite a busy career from working on oil rigs through to manufacturing for the Energy, Aerospace & Defense industries, he enjoys time with his family & friends, both in Texas and internationally. Rob is an avid outdoorsman and supports Local, State & National Parks.
