  • Philip White
    Philip White is never sure if he should write biographies in the first or third person. He began his career at the beginning, in this case as an Optician’s assistant at his eye doctor. Besides terrifying patients at the prospect of a 16-year-old puffing air into their eyes, he also sold frames and lenses to customers, who were typically too polite to say no to the teenager pitching upgraded options.

    Leaving the glamorous world of eye maintenance behind, he enrolled at the University of Texas at Dallas. He liked it so much that he didn’t leave until he had a BA in Economics & Finance, an MBA with a focus on Organizational Behavior, a Masters in I.T. Strategy and Consulting, and a serious relationship with his wife-to-be.

    Philip is being told to speed things up a bit. Over the last 20+ years, he has worked with companies from small start ups to Fortune 50 global firms. While with Frito-Lay, Philip wrote the sales story to launch Stacy’s Pita Chips. He also advised senior leadership on promotional effectiveness and strategy.

    At Crossmark, Philip was the director of sales managing 12 account managers for all clients in the Baby and Beauty space. Prior to his move to sales, he managed a team of 40+ analysts across 8 teams. Once, on a dare, Philip sold over a million dollars in new, incremental business while leading a team typically considered a cost center.

    His last role before Sandler was launching and leading the Sales Enablement function at Neighborly, the world’s largest home service franchisor. The team was focused on making the entire Sales team better, from how to cold call, improving sales processes & scripts, how to use CRM & AI software to improve efficiency, and everyone’s favorite - how to properly manage pipelines.
