Twenty-eight (28) years in the Software sales world, 5 years as a successful business owner, and 4 years as a US Army Officer have taught Tom a lot about winning. He has learned that winning doesn’t come easily, it comes through hard work and dedication. He also learned early on in his software career that there is a better way to sell. It is the Sandler way. One of the first sales training curricula he was exposed to was Sandler. Throughout his career at both large companies (Oracle and SAP) and start-ups, he was exposed to many different methodologies but always came back to Sandler. He has now taken the step of bringing Sandler to a new group of sellers.

Tom lives in Royal Oak with his wife and 2 labrador retrievers. He also spends a good amount of time fly-fishing the AuSable, on the golf course, and on the ice where he has been a USA Hockey official for well over a decade.
