As Managing Director at Sandler by Cypress Consulting Group, I bring over two decades of experience in sales and sales management to empower professionals in achieving their personal and professional goals. My expertise in sales coaching and sales management, combined with the Sandler System, allows me to guide clients in developing their skills and reaching their full potential.

My work is driven by a passion for coaching and fostering growth among sales professionals. I aim to share the impactful lessons I gained through my sales career and training, including my completion of Sandler President's Club, to help my clients reach their full potential.

I believe sales success comes when behaviors, attitudes and techniques come together to form a systematic approach to doing business. I help people who are lost in the sales wilderness understand some truths about what selling is, and what it isn't, and what they need to change in order to find success and maintain that success consistently over time.
