  • Jacek Czarnowski

    Sales and sales management trainer, consultant, facilitator.

    He has held positions as Sales Director and Marketing Director in the FMCG, fashion, and services markets. He holds a degree in Geography and an MBA from the University of Gdansk. He also completed the Akademie Konsultantów Zarzadzania, Akademie Coachingu Biznesowego oraz Szkole Facylitacji Pathways.

    Since 2010, he has been a licensed trainer and consultant with Sandler Training. He is the owner of Cetus Consulting, a Gdansk-based company and Sandler Training franchisee. He carries out projects aimed at managerial and sales staff, focused on increasing sales effectiveness. Over 11,000 people have participated in his trainings, lectures, and seminars.

    He has lectured in MBA programs at the University of Gdansk and the Higher School of Business and Administration in Gdynia. He is the creator and organizer of the largest recurring sales management conference in northern Poland — “Sales Morphology” held in Gdansk since 2012, and “Leadership Morphology” since 2018.

  • Witold Chabrowski

    Sales and marketing manager with over twenty years of experience in the service and education industries.

    He has progressed through all stages of a sales career — from working as a wholesale salesperson, to sales representative, and eventually to Business Development Director.

    Graduate of the Faculty of Economics at the University of Gdansk. Certified project manager.

    He has created and led multiple sales teams, developed distribution networks, and expanded marketing structures. A practitioner, he focuses on thoroughly understanding clients’ problems, aspirations, and buying processes — using tools such as workshops and in-depth research. He creates sales strategies and aligns teams to execute them effectively.

  • Tomasz Strojecki

    Sales and management trainer, and project manager for HR consulting initiatives.

    He has managed HR departments in manufacturing, retail, and service companies. For over a decade, he has supported sales teams and managerial staff as a trainer.

    He is a graduate of the University of Lódz, the Warsaw School of Economics (SGH in Warsaw), Kozminski University, and the WSB University in Poznan.

    He completed the Moderator Business Trainer School and a certified course from the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM).

    He also serves as a university lecturer, affiliated with institutions including the Lodz University of Technology and Kozminski University in Warsaw.

  • Agnieszka Wlazlo

    Certified and practicing Business Trainer, ICF Coach, Extended DISC Consultant, HACCP System Auditor and Representative.

    An experienced Regional Sales Manager with twenty years of hands-on practice in the B2C sales model within the FMCG, gastronomy, and fuel industries.

    She has extensive experience in managing sales teams and achieving sales targets. Her previous roles include Restaurant Manager at KFC, Regional Sales Manager at BP fuel stations, and Regional Sales Manager for Gzella and Sokolów delicatessen meat brands.

    She designs standards and processes, prepares and delivers training sessions, and develops team competencies in areas such as sales and effective communication. She also conducts management training programs focused on core leadership functions.

    As an ICF-accredited Coach, she supports clients in achieving both personal and professional goals.

    As an consultant of Extended DISC, she analyzes communication styles and team dynamics, enabling improved group effectiveness.

    In her role as an HACCP Auditor and Representative, she has experience and supports clients in ensuring food safety and adherence to quality standards. She prepares food safety procedures and manuals, delivers HACCP training for employees, and audits workplace practices for compliance with food safety regulations.

    She graudated from the University of Gdansk and holds a Master's degree in Management, with a specialization in "Diagnozowanie ekonomiczne i funkcjonowanie przedsiebiorstw."
