Jason is a sales executive with over 19 years of experience leading and developing teams. He was also a client of Sandler Training for over 12 years where he experienced the transformational impact of the Sandler System on his personal and professional life.He has built territories and teams from the ground up, all over the country, regularly outgrowing the market by 4X-7X. On average, his clients receive a 10X ROI with him while his top clients have experienced a 35X ROI, or more. Ashley Dejarme is our Executive Assistant who oversees all aspects of the company's administration and marketing, handling everything from inbox management to LinkedIn marketing. Ashley also plays a key role in supporting all sales workshops, ensuring everything runs smoothly, enabling Jason to focus on delivering effective training.
